At Prezr, we prioritize convenience and reliability with our seamless pickup and delivery services. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Service Timings

• Pickup and Delivery Hours:

Available daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

• Orders scheduled after 9:00 PM will be processed for the next day’s pickup.

2. Scheduling a Pickup

• Customers can schedule a pickup through:

• Ensure all garments are packed and ready for collection at the agreed time.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is within 48 hours of pickup.

• Delays, if any, will be communicated in advance.

4. Delivery Location

• Pickup and delivery are available within Trivandrum city limits.

• For locations outside the service area, please contact our team for assistance.

5. Responsibilities

• Customer Responsibility:

• Inform the pickup agent about any special instructions for garment care.

• Verify the garments handed over during pickup.

• Prezr Responsibility:

• Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of your garments.

• Notify you promptly in case of any unforeseen delays.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling:

Changes to pickup or delivery timing must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

• Cancellations:

Cancellations after the agent has arrived may incur a nominal fee.

7. Missed Pickup or Delivery

• If a pickup or delivery is missed due to unavailability, Prezr will attempt to reschedule at your convenience.
