At Prezr, we are committed to providing top-notch laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care services. To ensure transparency and address any concerns, our refund policy is outlined below

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable in cases where:

• The service provided does not meet the agreed standards.

• Damage or loss has occurred to your garments due to negligence on our part.

• A delay in delivery exceeds the committed timeframe without prior notice.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refund Process

• Customers can request a refund by:

• Contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp or email at support@prezr.com.

• Providing proof of the issue, such as photos or receipts.

• Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., fabric care instructions).

• Natural wear and tear or pre-existing garment issues.

• Orders canceled after processing has begun.

4. Liability for Loss or Damage

• In the event of loss or damage, Prezr’s liability is capped at five times the service charge for the affected item.

• Compensation will be provided in the form of service credits or free laundry vouchers.

• No cash refunds will be entertained for liability claims.

5. Adjustments or Re-Service

• In cases where the issue can be rectified, we may offer:

• A free re-service to resolve the issue.

• A credit adjustment for future services.
