Return and Refund Policy

At Prezr, we are committed to providing exceptional steam and vacuum ironing services. We strive to ensure that every garment is treated with care and precision. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may wish to request a refund for your order due to a quality issue with the service provided.

3-Day Refund Period: You have 3 days from the date of receiving your service to request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the ironing.

Eligibility for Refund:
You must provide a detailed explanation of the quality issue you encountered with the ironing service. The garment in question must be unworn and unused. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of service.

Maximum Liability
Maximum liability will be limited to 10x the bill amount of the product.

Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, simply contact us at support@prezr.com or contact us through our customer support whatsapp number, +91 88911 54111. Please note that refunds will be processed based on a thorough review of the quality issue and are subject to approval.

Important Note: Refunds will only be issued for ironing services where there is a legitimate quality issue identified by the customer.
