Welcome to Prezr! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Terms
• Prezr offers laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, and other garment care services.
• By availing our services, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
• Prezr reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Agreement
• Garment Inspection:
All garments are inspected at the time of pickup. Prezr is not liable for any pre-existing damages, such as tears, stains, or discoloration.
• Care Labels:
Prezr follows the care instructions on garment labels. We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect or missing care labels.
3. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup and delivery are available between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM daily.
• Customers must ensure that garments are ready for collection at the scheduled time.
• Missed pickups or deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur additional charges.
4. Liability
• Prezr’s liability for lost or damaged items is limited to five times the service charge of the affected item.
• Prezr is not responsible for:
• Natural wear and tear or aging of fabrics.
• Items left unclaimed beyond 30 days of the delivery date.
5. Refunds and Re-Service
• Refunds are applicable in cases of service failure or negligence (see Refund Policy).
• In case of dissatisfaction, Prezr may offer re-service or credit adjustments.
6. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments can be made via cash, online transfer, or other accepted digital payment methods.
7. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations after this period may incur a nominal fee.
8. Customer Responsibility
• Customers must provide accurate information, including care instructions, contact details, and delivery address.
• Prezr is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
9. Privacy
• Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
