4. Can I drop off and collect my garments at your Centre?

Yes, customers are welcome to visit our centre to drop off and collect their garments. Our efficient services allow for same-day or next-day garment collection.

6. Do you offer Home pick – up and delivery services?

Yes, we provide home / Office pick-up and delivery services. Customers can place orders on our website, and our delivery executives will collect garments daily between 7 am to 9 am, and will deliver the Prezr ironed garments between 7 am and 9 am on the very next day.

7. What is the timing for home pick and delivery services?

Our delivery executives will collect garments between 7 am and 9 am daily and deliver them back to your doorstep on the same time, the next day

8. Is there a priority given to garment care at Prezr?

Absolutely. Garment care is a top priority at Prezr. We handle each piece with the utmost care to ensure they receive the quality they deserve.

9. How is the garment packaging done at Prezr?

At Prezr, we prioritize sustainability and reducing plastic waste. For our steam ironing services, we do not use individual plastic packaging covers. Instead, we provide a reusable carry bag, free of cost with the customer's  first order. We kindly ask our customers bring this carry bag when dropping off garments for subsequent orders. 

10. How does the ironing services of Prezr differ from conventional services in terms of technical aspects?

We use steam and vacuum techniques to guarantee precision and care for garments of all types. We ensure that the ironing surfaces and surroundings are hygiene.

11. Can I request special instructions for the ironing of my garments?

Yes, you can! We offer customization options, including specific instructions for ironing. For example, you can request ironed shirts to be hung on hangers for added convenience.

12. Are there any additional charges for customization requests in garment folding

No, our pricing includes the option for customization in garment folding at no extra charge. You can specify preferences, such as having or omitting front pleats while ironing pants.

13. How do I communicate my custom garment care preferences?

When placing an order on our website, there will be an option to provide special instructions. Feel free to mention any custom preferences, and we'll ensure your garments are cared for according to your specifications.

14. Is there a delivery fee for home pick-up and delivery services?

For orders with a value above Rs. 299, the delivery fee is waived. If the order value is below Rs. 299, a delivery fee of Rs. 40 will be applicable (Rs. 20 for pick up and Rs. 20 for drop)

15. Can I cancel or reschedule a pick-up for home delivery services?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a pick-up by contacting us via whatsapp before 10 pm  of the preceding day.

16. Is the free delivery offer applicable to all types of garments?

Yes, the free delivery offer applies to all types of garments and services, as long as the total order value exceeds Rs. 299

17. Are there specific time slots for order placement, home pick-up and delivery?

Our delivery executives operate between 7 am and 9 am for pick-ups and delivery. You can choose a convenient time slot during order placement.

18. What happens if I'm not available during the scheduled delivery time?

If you're unavailable during the scheduled delivery, please contact us to reschedule (Before 10 Pm of the previous day)

19. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Unfortunately, changes to the delivery address after order placement are not allowed. Please ensure the accuracy of the provided address during order placement.

20. Is there a limit to the number of garments I can include in a single home pick-up order?

There is no specific limit to the number of garments you can include in a single home pick-up order. However, for exceptionally large orders, please contact us in advance as we shall be able to arrange special logistics.

21. Is it required to enter a lot of details while registering in Prezr Website?

Absolutely no. We do acknowledge customer pain area and made the system very simple. You just need to enter your name, phone number , location and date of delivery and Total No. of garments.
