Home Delivery Policy

At Prezr, we offer convenient home delivery for our customers who opt for this service. Below are the details of our home delivery service policy:

Home Delivery:
Customers who opt for home delivery during the order process will have their clothes delivered to their provided address. We aim to deliver orders within 24 hours of the ironing service completion, subject to availability and location. Delivery charges may apply, depending on the order value, distance and delivery location. In case of any shipping delays or issues, our customer service team will reach out to you to provide updates and resolve any concerns.

Pick-up Option:
Customers who choose the pick-up option can collect their ironed clothes from our designated pick-up point. The pick-up point address and timings will be provided during the order process.

Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the quality of the ironing service, please contact us immediately at support@prezr.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a refund if necessary. Refunds will be issued based on our Refund Policy, as outlined on our website.

Tracking:
Currently, we do not offer order tracking for home delivery. However, we are working to introduce this feature in the future to provide our customers with a more transparent and efficient home delivery experience.
